List of species I've kept beginning in 2018 (it's too hard to try to recall past species in detail)
- Painted Agama (Laudakia stellio) 1.1
- Agama impalearis 1.1
- Chalcides ocellatus 0.0.10
- Fire Skink 1.2
- Royal Diadem Ratsnake 2.2 - can triple clutch
- Trinket Snake 1.1.3 - obtained several clutches of eggs
- Neotropical Bird eating snake 1.2 - seem to prefer chicks to rodents, although they have eaten both
- Russian ratsnake 1.1
- Korean ratsnake 0.1
- Kukri Snake (Timor Island) 1.2
- Kukri snake (unknown brown variety) 0.0.2 - one still insists on the rodents having egg on them
- Namibian Housesnake 1.1 -- all eggs so far have been infertile, the male strongly prefers live prey
- Coelognathus flavolineatus 3.1(Indonesian) -- obtained only two eggs thus far
- Pytas mocusa 1.1 - one will eat rats and chicks, oddly the larger one will only eat mice. Some of the hatchlings would only eat lizards at first. Suggest trying live mice, tuna scented frozen thawed mice, then frozen lizards/lizard scented live mice, and finally live mice for tricky hatchlings. Include a large egg laying box for the adults as these are larger snakes.
- Boaedon fuliginosus (black phase) 1.2 -- I like these snakes but they greatly prefer live prey
- Dinodon rufozonatuz 1.1.2 - Some had to be started on tuna soaked rodents. One would only take skinks but it later died despite having switched to rodents so I suspect parasites may have transferred from lizard prey items.
- 1.1 Texas banded geckos - fun little lizards they lay eggs regularly
- 2.2 Central American Banded Geckos - Eggs are a little larger than the banded geckos
- Flat rock lizards 1.1 - I really like these lizards but would only recommend them for low traffic areas. Obtained eggs two years in a row but none hatched.
- jeweled lacerta 1.1 - More nervous lizards than I expected, but I obtained them as young adults that lived outdoors
- Night spirit treefrogs 0.0.12 cool little frogs that sing at night
- Phyllomedusa hypocondrialis 0.0.9 - cool little dudes, I like the way these look a lot
